PU or Acrylic resin can be coated on the surface of fabric so that the fabric can be waterproof, breathable, and windproof.  The surface of coating fabric is shiny, soft, thin, and noise-less.  Jackets or trousers made by this fabrics are ideal for outdoor and recreational activities.
