  1982   De Licacy Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded.
  1983   Mr. P.C. Yang was elected to be as the president of the company.
  1984   Increasing the equipment of warping machine and sizing machine, etc.
  1985   De Licacy become of a vertical mill in the yarn dyed fabric production.
  1986   Purchased and moved into the new plant at 21,450 sqm located in Hsin-Shih, Tainan 

             county.
  1987   Established the sales office and show room in Taipei city.
  1990   SFC permit De Licacy to sell the stocks in public offering.
  1992   Established the piece dyed filament division, including weaving, dyeing, and finishing,

             started the vertical production in the piece dyed new synthetic field.
  1995   Have got the ISO-9002 certification on January.
  1997   Started stocks exchange in public in the Taiwan Stock Market. Invested a new mill in 

             China.
  1998   Set up the overseas branch offices.
  1999   Have got the ISO-14001 certification on March, and Europe's Oeke-Tex Standard 100 

             certification as well.
  2000   Listed on Du Pont's Best Partner Program.
  2001   Owned the EZ-DRY trademark.
  2002   Ranked among the Top 500 import/export factories in Taiwan.
  2003   Have got Mast Group N.V. vendors award
  2004   Owned the EZ-DRY trademark
