De Licacy was founded in 1982. With decades of experience, we focus on research and development creative product collections.

We are a well-established and experienced manufacturer in Taiwan, specializing in producing high quality P/D & Y/D functional fabrics; coating, lamination, and bonding fabrics.

De Licacy was founded in 1982. We started as an OEM supplier and now focus on research and development with its creative product collection acclaimed by our customers. Hundreds of new qualities developed monthly to share the newest textile trend to our business partners. We have collaborated with our long-term customers to develop worldwide markets by providing a diversity of refined products in either large or small quantities.

De Licacy has built up a professional image by establishing a complete network of international marketing channels and strategic alliances with regional agencies and internationally well-known brands. With Oeko- Tex® Class I certification and being bluesign® system partner, we hope to strengthen trade information exchange with those global partners so as to grasp market opportunities that may appear at any time.

2023Received Awards for Excellent Trading Business by Ministry of Economic Affairs.
2021Vietnam De Licacy joined the bluesign® SYSTEM.
2019Vietnam De Licacy received GRS certification.
2018Vietnam De Licacy received Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex certification.

2017Vietnam De Licacy started to manufacture.
2017Started to produce knit fabric in subsidiary, Tung Ming.
2016Start Vietnam De Licacy factory construction.
2014Launch new fabric brand, DELINNO.
2012Awarded to bluesign® system partner.
2009The R&D center was set up, dedicated to developing high performance and eco-friendly fabrics.
2009Taipei Sales Department was expanded and moved to a new office with a spacious showroom.
2008ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system was adopted.
2006A coating & lamination factory was added to develop higher value products.
2000Listed on Du Pont (INVISTA 2002) Best Partner Program.
1999Received Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex environmental certification.
1996Shares were traded in Taiwan Stock Market in January.
1988Constructed factories to weave and dye filament yarns. Branched out into weaving and dyeing of filament and staple yarns.
1987Set up an office in Taipei to expand export business instead of merely OEM business.
1987Bought rapier type shuttleless looms and dyeing machines, and officially entered into weaving and dyeing of staple yarns.
1984Operation was fully streamlined by adding preparation-stage equipment, including warping and sizing machines.
1982De Licacy was founded with a paid-in capital of NTD 1 million.
