Our Beginning 成立緣起
Guided by the belief of "From Society, For Society," Mr. Fu-Lin Yeh, Founder of the De Licacy Group, initiated the establishment of the De Licacy Education Foundation in 2016. With an initial endowment of NT$30 million, the Foundation was officially approved by the Ministry of Education on April 25, 2016, with the mission of supporting education, nurturing talent, and giving back to society.
得力實業集團葉福林先生秉持取之於社會、用之於社會，於105年間發起成立基金會，集資創立基金計新台幣三千萬元，並於105年4月25日獲主管機關教育部許可設立。

The Foundation is committed to giving back to society, promoting industrial innovation and development, nurturing talent, and fostering industry–academia collaboration. In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the Foundation carries out the following activities
本會以回饋社會、促進產業創新發展、人才培育及促進產學合作為宗旨，依有關法令規定辦理下列業務：
Industry Talent Development
Supporting talent development in the textile, apparel, and fashion industries through scholarships, training programs, and educational initiatives.
襄助紡織、成衣、服飾時尚產業人才教育與發展 (如贊助相關系所獎學金、設立短期訓練班等)
Scholarship Program
Providing scholarships to outstanding students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds to support their education.
設置獎助學金，鼓勵家境清寒之優秀大學生
Innovation Promotion
Promoting innovation initiatives that encourage industry development and sustainable growth.
推廣產業創新發展相關活動
Industry–Academia Collaboration
Strengthening collaboration between academia and industry through partnerships, knowledge exchange, and talent development.
推動學術界與產業合作發展交流有關之工作
Community Support
Supporting disadvantaged communities through education, employment assistance, and community engagement.
